Bites & Insights: The Future of Fundraising is a casual community conversation series designed to bring together nonprofit professionals, community leaders, and curious minds over good food and meaningful dialogue. Each session will spotlight a timely topic or challenge facing our sector — from fundraising strategies to leadership growth — with space for open discussion, shared experiences, and actionable takeaways.
Meet Maria Bryan, a trauma-informed storytelling trainer. Her work helps nonprofit leaders tell powerful and impactful stories that resist harm. Maria hosts the When Bearing Witness® podcast and facilitates the When Bearing Witness® Trauma-Informed Storytelling Certification Program.
You’ll also meet Leah Wiley, a fundraising and transformative organizational coach. She is dedicated to liberating under-resourced communities through community-building, education, truth-telling, and outreach. Leah partners with institutions, congregations, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and community members to further the work of equity and care

Passionate about strategic development, Kyndra is dedicated to fostering innovation, equity, and impactful community solutions. She brings a dynamic approach to problem solving, combining data-driven strategy with a deep understanding of community needs.
